Thanks for your fabulous service - it was the first time we've used a Nanny service & we were thrilled, Jan Eastick was perfect - she was so beautiful with our 15 month old boy & we felt so at ease leaving him with such a lovely, competent carer so much so that I was so relaxed that I thoroughly enjoyed a HUGE night out (the first HUGE night out Id had for a couple of years or more). We will definitely use your wonderful service again & especially Jan Eastick.
Just wanted to tell you that Michelle was fantastic for the week I had to be in the UK. She went way beyond what I had expected and the children were raving about the wonderful time they had had with her. She made life for my husband very easy as he could just get off to work every day without any concerns, cooking extra for the children's supper so that he had a meal when he got back at night. Having had a nanny for 6 1/2 years in the UK I can tell you that Michelle is really something special - thank you for making the arrangements for the week.
Just wanted to say thanks so much for organising Ann to come last Fri when Natalie was sick. Know being sick can't be helped but I really appreciate you finding someone at the last minute rather than just leaving me 'nanny-less'. Ann was great (as has been everyone you've ever sent) and Jack had a great day.
just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how smoothly things went in our household during my absence with Joanne at the helm! I came home early last Wednesday morning to find the children ready for school and the house spotless. What a treat!
